Off Site Backup service for your web hosting account. All hosting accounts in general do get backed up locally within the same data centre, however what would happen should there be a malcious hack attempt on the entire data centre that wipes out everything including backups, or even a natural disaster?.
Our Off Site Backup service is located in a different data centre to that of where our servers are located. All account files, emails & databases are backed up and transferred to a off-site secure server either daily, weekly or monthly depending on the subscription purchased. We're also offering additional offline backup for regular and advanced off-site backup services. This means we will download your backups to a local hard drive in our office.
Below are the Off Site Backup plans that we currently offer. We highly recommend to our clients to take out this additional service if their business could not survive if they lost their site.
